Changing or Recovering Your Password

A password is a secret word that protects your account. You can change it at any time, or recover it if you forget it.

šŸ” How to change your password:

  • Look at the top right corner and click your profile picture (icon).
  • A menu will open ā€“ click Display and Settings.
  • Scroll down and choose Settings.
  • On the left side, click Security.
  • Next to Password, click the link to change it at the end of the line.


šŸ§  Forgot your password?

There are two ways to reset it:

1) Using your email:

  • Enter the email you used to register.
  • You will receive a link. Click it to open the page where you can create a new password.
  • You must know the email tied to your account.


2) Using a verified phone number:

  • Instead of an email, enter your phone number in international format (e.g. +420 777 555 777).
  • You will get a text message with a code. Enter that code on the next page.
  • Donā€™t close the page before entering the code.


āš ļø You can request a new password only 24 hours after your last login.
