Payment via Comgate

On Amateri.com, you can securely pay for VIP membership or credits via the Comgate payment gateway.

🌍 Payment via Comgate is currently available only for users from the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

🛒 How does the payment process work?

1. 👉 Select your desired VIP membership or credit package.
2. 💰 Choose the Comgate payment method.
3. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you can complete the payment via:
   📱 QR payment,
   🏦 bank transfer,
   📲 one-click payment in the mobile banking app (Air Bank).
4. ✅ After a successful payment, you will be automatically redirected back to Amateri.com.

⏳ I want to complete the payment later

If you do not want to complete the payment right now, you can cancel it on the payment gateway by clicking the "Cancel payment" button and pay later. The payment will then appear as pending payment, and you will see the date until which it can be completed.

🕒 Payment status verification may, in some cases, take until the following day.

❌ Payment failed?

If the payment was unsuccessful, we recommend checking:

• 💰 sufficient funds in your account,
• 📄 payment confirmation in your mobile or online banking,
• 📅 whether the pending payment has expired.

If the money has been deducted from your account but the service has not been activated, please contact our support team and attach a PDF payment confirmation.
