Verifying That the Account Is Yours
If you can't log into your profile because you don't remember the registration email or can't access it anymore, please contact us.

To prove the account belongs to you, there are three possible ways:
✅ 1) Using a payment confirmation:
Attach a PDF file showing a payment confirmation you previously made from your account (for example, for VIP membership or credits).
❗ If there was never any payment made from your account, we have no way to confirm your identity. In that case, we cannot tell you or change your registration email.
🪪 2) Using your personal ID:
This applies only if your profile was previously verified with an ID document (like a passport or national ID).
Take a selfie holding a valid government-issued ID next to your face.
Attach this photo to your request.
📸 3) Using a profile photo match:
If the first two options don't apply but your profile contains photos or videos of yourself, you can use this method:
- Take a new photo in the same place and clothing as shown in one of your profile photos.
- Also include a photo where you're holding a handwritten sign that says:
your nickname, today’s date, and the website address www.amateri.com
