VIP Membership Refunds

• ⚠️ VIP membership can only be refunded in the form of credits and only if the VIP user has not yet used any of the VIP services. The refund is subject to the decision of Amateri.com or an authorized person.
• 💵 Refunds in the form of money (financial means) are possible only in exceptional cases, based on the decision of Amateri.com with regard to special circumstances of the case.
• 🚫 A VIP user whose account was deleted due to violation of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), other Amateri.com rules, or the law, is not entitled to a refund or any other compensation.
