Retention Credits

⚠️ Retention Credits are set for users who

  1. 🚫 repeatedly violate the rules of Amateri.com, or
  2. ❗ seriously violate the rules of Amateri.com on a single occasion, or
  3. 🕵️‍♂️ are creators attempting to profit from content they have stolen from the internet or another source, or without the consent of the individual concerned, or
  4. 💵 are trying to profit from their content outside of the Amateri.com credit system.

The decision to set retention credits is made by a person authorized by the operator of Amateri.com, based on Article VI of the Credit System Rules.

ℹ️ How do I know if retention credits have been set for me?

You can find this information in the info panel on the main page or in the app and also in your Wallet.

🚫 Retention credits cannot be paid out or used to purchase any service on Amateri.com. If, for any reason, the balance of credits in the account falls below the retained minimum, the account will be automatically blocked; the account will remain blocked until you make up the difference remaining to the amount of retention credits.

⚙️ How can I get rid of retention credits?

The setting of retention credits follows suspicious or otherwise unacceptable behavior of the user in question, and depending on the specific user and account history, retention credits are applied. Retention credits are set permanently, with no possibility of removal.

We would like to point out that there is no legal claim to the cancellation of retention credits.

⬆️ Can retention credits also increase?

Yes, they can. Depending on your behavior and (non)compliance with the rules and regulations at Amateri.com, the provider or an authorized person may decide to tighten sanctions by increasing the amount of retained credits.

🤝 Why did you come up with retention credits at all?

With retention credits, we aim to respond to the calls of decent and rule-abiding users for a better and safer community on Amateri.com. Those who adhere to the rules will not be affected by retention credits. Conversely, those who do not follow the rules must be sanctioned for their inappropriate behavior. Retention credits also serve as a fund meant to compensate any harmed users in cases where they have been deceived or robbed.

At the same time, through this intermediate step, we want to reduce the number of profiles sanctioned with permanent bans, as we believe that with the right approach, users can be educated and directed onto the right path.
