App issues

❗If the app isn’t working correctly, please first check that you’re using the latest version. You can find your current version at the bottom of the left menu. The latest version is available here.

📢 Not receiving notifications (e.g. for new messages)?

Please check two things:

  • ⚙️ That the app has permission to show notifications – in your phone's system settings.
  • 🔔 That notifications are enabled inside the app – in the app settings.

If notifications are disabled or the app has no permission, you won't get alerts even when something new happens.
