If you have forgotten your login credentials and remember only your nickname, do not worry. We will be happy to help you restore access to your account.
The procedure for recovering the forgotten password is as follows:
The first step is to go to the password recovery page: Password Reset.
In the form, complete your registration e-mail that is attributed to your account. You will then receive a link to the e-mail address.
Click on the link to get to the page where you can enter a new password.

If you have paid for VIP membership or other services, please send us a confirmation of the payment made in PDF format or screenshot from electronic banking where the payment information will be visible. We will verify that the account truly belongs to you.
If no payment has been made from your account and you do not have the any other option to prove that it is your account, unfortunately we cannot provide you with any information about the given account.
