Pre-ejaculate + Ejaculate

The volume of pre-ejaculate in a healthy man is approximately the same or slightly less than the volume of ejaculate itself. An adult man releases approximately 4 ml of pre-ejaculate. A man usually does not noticeably feel the release of pre-ejaculate and the fluid is released involuntarily without his awareness.
