Not everyone has the courage to hang nude photos of their wife on the wall, say in their living room.
But a "painted" portrait of the lady of the house, in a large format on canvas, can already be something different.
It's less naturalistic and leaves room for the viewer's own imagination.
"Does Božena really have such beautifully large nipples?"
"Such a nicely groomed (or conversely, bushy) pussy?"
"I always suspected she wasn't a natural blonde..." :o)
On top of that, you can choose whether to visit the studio of Mr. Rembrandt, Rubens, or Alfons Mucha.
Personally, I absolutely can't stand it when someone presents creations of artificial intelligence (AI) as their own photos, but I think this is a slightly different case.
From my point of view, it's just a different method of final retouching of photos I have taken.
There still has to be a real model, photographer, studio, lights, etc. at the beginning.
Similar edits could be done before, it just took an incredible amount of work and effort.
Today, AI does the heavy lifting in a matter of tens of seconds and all that's left is fine-tuning.
But maybe someone else has a different opinion and I'll get a proper roasting from the viewers :o)

It's probably worth clicking through to full resolution.
