• keep the device stable,
• wait a few seconds for the verification to complete.

✔️ How to increase the chance of successful verification?

For best results, we recommend:

• performing the verification in a well-lit environment,
• having your entire face clearly visible,
• removing sunglasses, masks, hats, or anything else that may cover your face,
• removing strong reflections or shadows,
• checking that the camera is not covered or dirty.

If the verification is unsuccessful:

• try repeating the verification in better lighting,
• make sure your face is clearly visible throughout the process,
