Phone number verification

✅️ Phone number verification is mandatory for all newly registered users and serves as a security measure that helps prevent spam and the creation of duplicate accounts. It cannot be bypassed, replaced by another method, or disabled. Each phone number can only be used to verify one user profile.

☎️ To verify your account, simply enter your phone number in the appropriate field. You will then receive an SMS message with a verification code, which you enter into the designated field. Once the code is entered correctly, your phone number will be successfully verified.

💬 Verification code not arriving

If you are trying to verify your phone number and the SMS with the verification code is not arriving, we recommend the following:

• Check your spam or blocked messages folders – the SMS may have been delivered there.
• Restart your phone.
• Remove and reinsert your SIM card.
• Use the search function in your messages to look for an SMS from the sender Info.

If the code still does not arrive, please contact us via the contact form.

👤 Phone number already used on another profile

If you want to verify an account with a phone number that was previously used for another account, it is first necessary to request its unpairing. Send the request via the contact form and include the phone number you want to unpair.

After successful verification of the phone number on the new account, the original account will be prompted to verify a different phone number. 

🔁 Change phone number

You can change your verified phone number anytime on this page.
When changing your phone number, select the country of the phone number in the form. If the selected country does not match the phone number, the number cannot be successfully verified.
