Required identity verification
🪪 In the event that suspicious activity occurs on your account or the community rules of Amateri.com are violated, you may be required to verify your identity using a government-issued ID according to your nationality or via BankID.
đź“š We do so in accordance with Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against money laundering and terrorist financing, which aims to prevent undesirable criminal activity in society. All Amateri.com regulations can be found on this page.
🆔 Identity verification may be required especially in cases where:
- ⚠️ there is reasonable suspicion that the user is underage,
- đźš« there is suspicion of violation of the General Terms and Conditions or other Amateri.com rules,
- 🕵️ there is unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
đźš« If you do not comply with the verification request, your account may be partially or fully restricted. If your account is restricted due to a violation of the rules, you are not entitled to compensation or refund of any previously purchased or otherwise obtained services on the account, in accordance with Article XI, Section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Verification can be completed in Account Settings, in the Verification - Identity Verification section. The verification must be completed by the main account user, not the performer.
