I Want to Cancel VIP Membership
We understand that you wish to cancel your VIP membership. You can proceed as follows to cancel:
If you paid VIP membership by card, please contact the VENDO payment provider support through this link: https://secure.vend-o.com/customers/profile/login/. After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation of the subscription cancellation.
If you paid VIP membership via SMS, you can cancel the SMS service by texting "STOP" to 90944 (for Czech phone numbers) or "AMA Stop" to 6674 (for Slovak phone numbers). We will send you a confirmation upon the cancellation of the subscription.
We also have the possibility of refunding VIP membership in the form of credits, provided you have not yet used any of the offered VIP services. If you have any other questions or need help please let us know.
