Profile Verification Rules

I. Introductory Provisions

1. These PVR regulate the rules for verifying user profiles (accounts) at the Amateri.com platform (“Amateri.com”).
2. These PVR supplement the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) in accordance with the provisions of Art. V (1), and Art. XII (5) of the GTC.

II. Verification and Its Types

1. Verification means the unambiguous identification of an Amateri.com user using methods designated by the operator of Amateri.com.
2. Phone number verification is mandatory for all newly registered users and serves to prevent spam and duplicate accounts.
3. Photo verification is mandatory for users who upload photos or videos to Amateri.com and serves to confirm the consent of the depicted person for the placement of content at Amateri.com, as well as to compare the verified person with the person in the uploaded content.
4. Document verification means verification using a personal document issued by a state authority, which may include: an identity card, passport, residence permit, driver’s license, or any other document that establishes the identity of the person; document verification serves to unambiguously identify the person and confirm their age.
5. Document verification may be replaced by a combination of photo verification and verification via BankID; BankID is a third-party service that compares and confirms the information provided by the requesting user with the data in their banking institution; the Amateri.com operator does not have access to the user's banking data, nor does the banking institution have access to the user's Amateri.com data.

III. Verification Process

1. For phone number verification, the user enters their phone number in the designated field at Amateri.com; a confirmation code is sent to this phone number, which the user enters in the appropriate field.
2. For photo verification, the user writes the following on a piece of paper:
   • the current date,
   • the name “Amateri.com” and
   • their current username,
   and then takes a selfie holding the paper, ensuring that the entire paper, the user's face, and their hands and fingers are clearly visible; this selfie is then uploaded to the designated section of their profile or sent to customer support.
3. For document verification, the user uploads the front and back of their document (except for passports) in the designated section of their profile, along with a selfie where they hold the document next to their face, ensuring that the entire document, their face, and their hands and fingers are clearly visible; the user also manually enters the required details from the document into the Amateri.com system.
4. For BankID verification, the user accesses the login page through the designated section, enters their banking login details, and follows the on-screen instructions.
5. Verification may be approved, rejected, or returned for correction by an Amateri.com administrator within 72 hours of submission; this period may be extended at the administrator's discretion in case of doubts.
6. Verification will be rejected if the person in question has violated Amateri.com’s terms of use on their current or any other account.
7. Verification will be returned for correction if the verification photo lacks required elements, is unclear, or depicts a person who is clearly not the verifying user.

IV. Consequences of Account Verification

1. Upon successful verification, the user will receive an icon on their profile, visible to all other users.
2. To obtain a verification icon for a couple's profile, both individuals must be verified.
3. To successfully request credit payouts under the Terms of Disbursement, a user must complete both document verification and photo verification; alternatively, the user may combine BankID verification with photo verification.
4. If a user uploads content featuring individuals other than themselves, all depicted individuals must be verified before the user can successfully request credit payouts under the Terms of Disbursement.

V. Additional Provisions on Verification

1. There is no legal entitlement to verification.
2. Verification by the Amateri.com operator does not constitute liability for any actions taken by the verified user before or after verification, nor does it guarantee the integrity or authenticity of the content uploaded by such a user; the purpose of verification is solely to compare and assess the consistency of provided information with reality.
3. The handling of personal data encountered by the Amateri.com operator or its authorized personnel in connection with verification processing is governed by the Privacy Policy; identification and other user data are not shared with third parties, except when required by law.
4. The Amateri.com operator may request verification from any user at any time and condition the continued use of their account on successful verification, particularly (but not exclusively) in cases of suspected criminal activity, fraudulent conduct, or otherwise problematic behavior.
5. If a user account is deleted at the user’s request or due to a violation of Amateri.com rules, the verification also becomes void.
6. A verified account cannot be reverted to an unverified status; if a user requests verification removal, their account will be deleted as well.

VI. Final Provisions

1. These PVR are valid and effective from January 1, 2025.
2. In the event of discrepancies between language versions of these PVR, the Czech version prevails.
3. Rights and obligations arising from these PVR are governed by Czech law.
4. The provider reserves the right to unilaterally change these PVR without prior notice.
